The parish's socio-pastoral mission has worked for 50 years, injecting strength and vitality in the community; it is know as a ponit of reference and support for humand and community development among children, young and adults.

The parish institution, with support from the community, has worked in the educational and social sector without regard to religious beliefs, political ideology, gender, ethnicity or social class. A fruit of this effort, the Holy Face parish school center was foundede in 1960 as a center location for intellectual fomation and education in etnics and Christian values. PROJECTS

Technical specifications and analysis from engineers that are members of the parish community indicate the the infrastructure has surpe, rendering the installations as too unsafe and disfunctional to carry out the socio-pastoral plan of the comassed its useful lifmunity and confront the challenges of the new millennium. An immediate consequence of the damages infraestructure was the 2009 closure of the primary and secundary schools, eliminating on one hand the opportunity of hundreds of poor children and adolescents between the ages of five and 18 years to receive and educations in their neighborhood, and, on the other, possibility of utilizing the center for social means; these opportunities are unavailable in the neighborhood and among the surrounding institutions that support these age groups.

From this point it is important to not leave aside the efforts put forth and the achievements of the last 50 year, which present the need to builds a new, funtional, safe and comfortable multiuse center to continue to plant the seed of seed of hope in the coomunity and contribute to the education of man and women for the good of Nicaragua.
